Account help
- For sign-in trouble, request a new one-time email code from the app.
- For Google or Facebook sign-in trouble, email support and use the email-code sign-in option while we help.
- To delete your account, follow the steps on Delete account.
If you think you were scammed
Silver Skills is not an emergency service and cannot inspect a real message for you.
- Stop any action in progress. Do not send money, click a link, or read gift-card numbers.
- Call someone you trust first.
- Call your bank using the number on a statement or on the back of your card.
- Report fraud at reportfraud.ftc.gov or ic3.gov.
