Request deletion

Email support@silverskills.app with the subject line "Delete my Silver Skills account."

Please send the request from the email address tied to your Silver Skills account. If you used Google or Facebook sign-in, use the email address connected to that provider account.

What we delete

• Your Silver Skills account record.
• Your learning activity and scenario progress.
• Your accessibility and app preferences.
• Your consent choices for analytics and crash reports.

What may remain briefly

Backups, security logs, crash reports, and analytics events may remain for a limited period as described in the Privacy Policy. These records are not used to rebuild your account.

Timing

We will confirm your identity and complete deletion within 30 days.

In-app deletion

An in-app deletion flow is planned before public App Store release. Until then, this public deletion page is the supported deletion path.
